Enrolments

At Kidlywinks, we offer flexible enrolment options to suit the needs of each whānau while maintaining consistency for tamariki.

We require a minimum enrolment of three days per week, with each booked day being at least seven hours long.

Families can choose the session length that best fits their schedule — 7, 8, 9, or 10 hours per day — within our operating hours of 7:30am to 5:30pm.

For tamariki aged over three, the 20 Hours ECE government subsidy applies and is included within your weekly booking. This subsidy helps reduce the cost of care for families and is applied directly to your child’s enrolled hours.

Our team can help you work out the session times that best suit your family’s routine and funding entitlement.

Now Enrolling – 3-Year-Olds in Our Preschool

Are you looking for a nurturing, fun, and inspiring place for your three-year-old to learn and grow? Our Preschool is now welcoming enrolments for tamariki aged 3 years – and we’d love to meet you and your whānau! We have a couple spaces for 2 year olds.

At our centre, we provide a safe and supportive environment where your child can explore, discover, and build confidence at their own pace. Our passionate kaiako (teachers) create rich learning experiences tailored to each child’s interests – from creative arts and imaginative play to early literacy, numeracy, and social development.

We understand how important these early years are in setting a strong foundation for lifelong learning. That’s why we prioritise meaningful relationships, inclusive practice, and plenty of opportunities for fun and curiosity!

Visits & Tours

We would love to take you on a tour around the centre. To ensure we have a teacher available to show you around, please call the service in advance we usually do this at 9.30am but we are open to booking a time that suits you.

 

Waiting List

At Kidlywinks, we are committed to providing quality care for every tamariki. If you're booking for the future, we require a completed enrolment form to secure your place. In cases where our centre is fully booked, your child may be placed on a waitlist. We will contact you as soon as a space becomes available, prioritising families based on the order in which enrolment forms are received. Thank you for your understanding and patience!
